After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and then 9 years as a Real Estate Broker, Brian finally found his calling in the Appraisal Profession. After working 10 years as a staff appraiser for a local reputable appraisal company, Brian formed Brian Butcher Appraisals in 1994. Twenty-nine years later, he is still active in the profession and continues to meet his clients' needs by providing relevant appraisals with competency and integrity.
